Take a right at the end of the ramp. At the 3rd Light,

Take a right at the Gulf Station. Then take a second Left,

Turning onto Arnold Neck Road.

Ray's bait has a sigh at the turn you need to take,

it's on the ground. He's on the Left just after the Train Bridge.
